Zeen/zin was an amazing guide. We learnt lots about Berber culture and laughed a lot along the way. The hike was a good level of difficulty. My two pieces of advice are go with the flow (organisation can be a bit hectic but always worked out) and remember hiking boots! Although you can rent hiking boots in imlil if you forget.

The trekking was a great experience. It was one of the last trips we did in Morocco and most were great but very touristic. We had the luck of being the only ones to have booked this trekking so we were alone with our great guide Lahcen. This felt as the most authentic experience for us, contact with the locals felt really genuine. Lahcen was a fun and friendly guide. We had great conversations with him about his and our culture. Our meals were prepared by Saïd, which were great. Saïd did not speak any English but was very friendly. We would very much recommend this trekking!!
2 wonderful days, Zacharia (our driver and guide) greatly contributed to it. He knew how to take the time to explain, to immerse us in local history and traditions. In a word, “magical”.
