Day 1 : Casablanca
Upon arrival in Casablanca, you will be met at the airport and taken to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you will visit the city, including a visit to the Hassan II mosque, one of the world’s biggest mosques, as well as the districts of Sqala and Habous.Â
Day 2 : Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis
The next morning you will journey to the capital of Morocco, Rabat. Visit the Royal Palace, the Ouadaya Gardens Kasbah and the Hassan Tower Mosque. After lunch, you’ll be driven to the Berber town of Meknes. Explore the intricate gateways, beautiful gardens and at 40-meter high city wall. Next is the ancient Roman city of Volubilis. Dating back to AD 40, Volubilis is home to some of the most impressive Roman ruins in North Africa. You’ll finish the day with a short drive to the medieval city of Fez.
Day 3 : Fez
After breakfast you will begin a guided tour of the Fes, one of the world’s largest walled cities. Explore the narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, intricate Berber carpets and many other local crafts. For lunch you may choose to eat in a traditional restaurant in the heart of the medina. After lunch, you will continue the tour to visit the King’s Palace and then the famous tanneries.
Day 4 : Ouzoud Waterfalls
After an early breakfast, you will depart for Marrakech via the Ouzoud Waterfalls. The beautiful drive will take you up into the Middle Atlas Mountains and along the base of the High Atlas Mountains. Along the way, you’ll make a short stop in Ifrane to enjoy a walk along the cascades. Relax to the sound of the falls, enjoy a picnic lunch or visit one of the many cafés and restaurants. After a restful and relaxing afternoon, you’ll head to Marrakech.Â
Day 5 : Marrakech
Today’s tour of Marrakech begins with a trip to the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, home to the minaret which has become a symbol of the city. You will then visit the Saadian Tombs and the Bahia Palace. Then, experience traditional Arabic craftsmanship in the lively souks around Jemaa El Fna square. Home to many different types of traders, these bustling and aromatic streets are uniquely Moroccan. After lunch break, you head to the Majorelle Gardens & Menara Garden.
Day 6 : Marrakech to Casablanca Transfer
Your last day of travel will be in Marrakech. Free time will be given in the morning if you want to do some final shopping in Marrakech before being driven back to Casablanca in the afternoon.
